This family cooperage produces wine barrels.
The firm has at its disposal two work-shops covering a surface of 1200 m?.The capacity of its annual production is from 3000 to 5000 barrels. The technologies are the same as those of the most advanced French firms.
The radial sawing of the hardwood and its natural drying during a period of 12-24 months guarantee the aging of white and red wine of good quality.
The secret is hidden into the different types of heat-treatment of the barrels.
The firm production has proved its good quality at the Bulgarian and international market.
For its products the firm uses oak wood between 60 and 120 years old, cut down in ecologically pure regions in Bulgaria .
